Now this is truly a specialized vertical unit. Our requirements were to reach out and grab a carrier from the preheat oven, pull it into the carriage, drop it down into the powder tank, hold it there for a preset time, raise it up while at the same time “wrapping” the carrier to knock off any excess powder, stroke the carrier out of the vertical unit and into the final oven for curing…all in sixteen seconds! home
